Not since legendary singer Etta James verbally bitched slapped Beyonce have we seen the pop star out and about. She even skipped the Grammys and post-Grammy parties--and Lord knows the Diva will hit just about every red carpet to over saturate the industry with all things Beyonce. Plus, her hubby Jay Z was set to take the stage in one of the most anticipated performance of the night. Well, I hear the poor thing spent all day long crying her eyes out after she heard Etta's hurtful words. Boo hoo!So what brought the singer out of hiding? BFF Gwyneth Paltrow, who was honored at tonight's Unforgettable Evening Gala Benefiting The Entertainment Foundation. Truth be told: We kinda wish Beyonce stayed away longer because that outfit she has on is ug-ly.
We all know the girl doesn't have the best sense of style--and it kills me that she's trying (arguably failing at) the high-fashion thing this time around--but she's got a grip load of money to find a stylist who will keep her picture perfect instead of looking like a Rihanna wannabe. Ri Ri can pull off just about anything as far as I'm concerned. Not the case with Jigga's better half.
