While out to dinner with her hubby Hova in NYC, the beautiful Beyonce dared to wear this heavily decorated military jacket from my fave edgy fashion house Balmain--but I wasn't about to salute the girl! Though the singer had enough sense to keep the rest of her look simple, the jacket was just way too costumey--only her style superior Rihanna could pull it off. Plus, her soldier Jay didn't even want to be photographed standing next to her. Lol!
